ep0chzer0 93c439c625 Fix call-graph printer to support top-level functions ...

Previously, the call-graph printer would crash with an AttributeError when
analyzing contracts that use top-level functions (FunctionTopLevel), as it
assumed all functions have a contract_declarer attribute.

This commit:
- Adds support for FunctionTopLevel in the call-graph printer
- Creates a separate "[Top Level]" cluster for top-level functions
- Properly handles internal calls from/to top-level functions
- Adds a test to verify the fix
