Enable the required repositories:
1. Enable RPM Fusion repositories following the [official guide](https://rpmfusion.org/Configuration)
2. Enable [CRB (CodeReady Builder)](https://wiki.rockylinux.org/rocky/repo/#notes-on-crb) repositorys

# Enable PowerTools (CRB) repository
sudo dnf config-manager --set-enabled crb
# Update package list again
sudo dnf update
```
Install dependencies:
