* configure.in (targetfile): Ignore TM_FILE, don't just issue
warning.
(tm_h, xm_h, nm_h, GDB_TM_FILE, GDB_XM_FILE, GDB_NM_FILE): Define.

* config/nm-empty.h: Delete.
