* coff-ppc.c (list_ele): Added "cat"egory member.
(record_toc): New category parameter (priv or pub).

the mainline. It addes extra toc cells in error.
(ppc_coff_swap_sym_in_hook): Added some documentation.
(dump_toc): Can now diagnose "virtual toc" chicanery.
