(coff_small_get_section_contents): Define. (coff_small_get_section_contents_in_window): Define. (shcoff_small_vec): New static structure. (shlcoff_small_vec): New static structure. * targets.c (bfd_target_vector): Add shcoff_small_vec and shlcoff_small_vec. * config.bfd (sh-*-elf*): Add shcoff_small_vec and shlcoff_small_vec to targ_selvecs. (sh-*-*): Likewise. * configure.in: Add shcoff_small_vec and shlcoff_small_vec cases. * configure: Rebuild. PR 13580.
