Enable rthreads supports on OpenBSD/sparc64.

gdb/ChangeLog:

        * configure.host (sparc64-*-openbsd*): Set gdb_host to obsd64.
        * config/sparc/obsd64.mh: New file.
        * sparc64obsd-nat.c: New file.
