Make sure __LITTLE_ENDIAN/__BIG_ENDIAN are defined in libunwind-frame.c

These macros do not seem to exist on ia64-hpux.

gdb/ChangeLog:

        * libunwind-frame.c (__LITTLE_ENDIAN, __BIG_ENDIAN): Define if
        not already defined.
