	* stack.c (struct function_bounds):  Remove superfluous `typedef'.
	* symfile.c (list_overlays_command):  stdout => gdb_stdout.
	* symmisc.c (maintenance_check_symtabs):  stdout => gdb_stdout.
	* utils.c (print_spaces):  Make more efficient.
