* d10v-tdep.c (d10v_gdbarch_init): Do not set call_dummy_words or
	sizeof_call_dummy_words.
	* gdbarch.sh (CALL_DUMMY_WORDS, SIZEOF_CALL_DUMMY_WORDS): Always
	define.
	* gdbarch.h: Regenerate.
