* gdb.stabs/{ecoff.mt,wierd-ecoff.S,wierd-ecoff.sed}: New files

to make the stabs test work on ecoff systems using gcc and -with-stabs.
	* gdb.stabs/{Makefile.in,configure.in,aout.mt,xcoff.mt}:  Modify to
	enable ecoff configuration.
