Remove some vestiges of Harris 88k support.
* dwarf2read.c (decode_locdesc): Remove `#if' block for Harris 88k register numbering quirk. * elfread.c (elf_symtab_read): Remove `#if' block for skipping odd symbols occurring in Harris 88k ELF targets.
