m68*-hp-bsd* and m68*-hp-hpux* obsolete.
* buildsym.c (make_blockvector): Make static.
* buildsym.h (make_blockvector): Make extern declaration obsolete.
* Makefile.in (HFILES_NO_SRCDIR): Remove dst.h
(ALLDEPFILES): Remove dstread.c.
(dstread.o): Obsolete make rule.
* dstread.c: Makefile obsolete.
* dst.h: Ditto.
* config/m68k/hp300hpux.mt: Ditto.
* config/m68k/hp300hpux.mh: Ditto.
