	* gdb.texinfo (GDB/MI Variable Objects): Replace @include with
	chapter body.  Use @smallexample instead of @example.
	(Annotations): Ditto.
	* Makefile.in (GDB_DOC_SOURCE_INCLUDES): Remove gdbmi.texinfo and
	annotate.texi.
