* configure.ac: Add tool checks for READELF and READELF_FOR_TARGET. * configure: Rebuild. * Makefile.def (flags_to_pass): Add READELF_FOR_TARGET. * Makefile.tpl (READELF, READELF_FOR_TARGET): New variables.
