* Makefile.in (CXXFLAGS): Remove -O. It caused the debug info for the
pmi variable from gdb.t20/gdbme to get optimized away.
* gdb.t00/teststrategy.exp: Added expected failure for mips-*-*.
Check for written corefile upon timeout _and_ eof.
