* Makefile.in: Define abs_top_srcdir and abs_srcdir.
	(INCLUDE_CFLAGS): Append GNULIB_INCLUDE_DIR.
	(install-only, install-info, clean): Handle sub dir gnulib.
	(all-lib, am--refresh): New targets.
	(memmem.o): Remove target.
