	already set.  Fixes .def var; .val external_var; .scl 3; .endef.
	(adjust_stab_section): Make static.  Declare return type.  Remove
	unused variables.

	* config/tc-i386.h: Declare tc_coff_fix2rtype and
	tc_coff_sizemachdep.
