b1ee3d6a87 * aclocal.m4: Add CYGWIN and EXEEXT autoconf macros. 
* configure.in: Use CYGWIN and EXEEXT autoconf macro to look for
        win32 dependencies.
        * configure: Regenerated with autoconf 2.12.
        * doc/Makefile.in: Add $(EXEEXT) to chew executable.

f3e7b8b089 Makefile.in: Delete all references to seclet.c, since it's just been deleted. 
Don't mention hash.c, linker.c, or genlink.h yet, since they don't contain
documentation yet (hint, hint!).

b5ed6e32c2 Remove '.Sanitize' from explicit list of Things-to-lose. It is now implicitly 
added to the list by Sanitize, unless Sanitize knows it needs to keep it.
