i[3456]-*-osf1mk* configurations have been made obsolete.
* configure.host: Make i[3456]86-*-mach3*, i[3456]86-*mach* and
i[3456]86-*-osf1mk* hosts obsolete.
* confighure.tgt: Make i[3456]86-*-mach3*, i[3456]86-*-osf1mk*
targets obsolete.
* config/i386/i386mach.mh, config/i386/nm-i386mach.h,
config/i386/xm-i386mach.h, config/i386/i386m3.mh,
