	* Makefile.in (c++filt):  Link underscore.o with cplus-dem.o
	so that initial underscores get removed iff appropriate.
	* binutils.texi:  Preliminary documentation for c++filt.
	* Makefile.in, binutils.texi:  Set to version 2.2.
