David Edelsohn c834dacddd * Makefile.in (CSEARCH): Add -I$(srcdir)/../../gdb
* interp.c: #include "remote-sim.h".
(sim_resume): int result, new arg `siggnal'.
(sim_write): Use SIM_ADDR for type of arg `addr'.
(sim_read): Use SIM_ADDR for type of arg `addr'.
Use unsigned char * for `buffer'.
(sim_store_register): int result.
(sim_fetch_register): Ditto.
(sim_stop_reason): Renamed from sim_stop_signal.  New arg `reason'.
(sim_set_pc): int result, use SIM_ADDR for type of arg `x'.
(sim_info): int result, new args `verbose', `printf_fn'.
(sim_kill): int result.
(sim_open): int result, new arg `name'.
* run.c: #include <stdio.h>
(main): Update call to sim_info.
