Marshall Clow 088e6015b2 Fix PR#31454 - 'basic_string<T>::push_back() crashes if sizeof(T)>sizeof(long long)'. We were mishandling the small-string optimization calculations for very large 'characters'. This may be an ABI change (change the size of) strings of very large 'characters', but since they never worked, I'm not too concerned.

libc++ Documentation
====================

The libc++ documentation is written using the Sphinx documentation generator. It is
currently tested with Sphinx 1.1.3.

To build the documents into html configure libc++ with the following cmake options:

  * -DLLVM_ENABLE_SPHINX=ON
  * -DLIBCXX_INCLUDE_DOCS=ON

After configuring libc++ with these options the make rule `docs-libcxx-html`
should be available.
