b13e9222a5 * Use GCC instead of ld(1) for the linking stage. [Fixes problem reported by Mario Schwalbe] 
* New target 'rpm' builds RPMs and DEBs.

  * The 'make install' target now respects DESTDIR

  * New unit test program that uses libdispatch.
