darling-libkqueue/test/user.c
mheily cd858d02fd Eliminate the use of global state variables in kqtest to allow the tests
to be run in parallel.

Add two kqtest options: one for iterations, and one for concurrency.

Use -rpath when building kqtest instead of using LD_LIBRARY_PATH
