* debugXML.c testXPath.c xmllint.c xmlschemastypes.c: applied
  patch from Mark Vadoc avoiding using xmlParse* option and use
  xmlRead* instead
* win32/Makefile.bcb: patch to Borland C++ builder from Eric Zurcher
  to avoid problems with some pathnames.
