Add xtrace-mig support to mig MIG now supports a third (or fifth, dependning on how you count) output type, xtrace-mig. This is a C file that is able to parse serialized binary messages of this subsystem and pass information about their arguments and return values to the given callbacks. This *XtraceMig.c file is not linked into either clients or servers; instead it is compiled as a dynamic library and placed into /usr/lib/darling/xtrace-mig/ This will be used by the xtrace tool to be able to parse and display MIG routine calls.

Generate i386 and x86_64 version of libsyscall MIG code The libsyscall MIG code varies depending on the arch it's generated for, so we have to generate them for each source. New side effect: MIG now has a MIG_MULTIARCH option to generate sources for multiple architectures at once. The variable specifices a list of architectures to generate for.

More work on darlingserver dyld now progresses to sigexc_setup (and then dies when calling the old LKM started_suspended trap). It *seems* like Mach ports are being created properly in darlingserver, but given that there are no RPC calls that actually *use* the Mach ports yet, that's not certain yet. Additionally, the microthreading code in darlingserver *appears* to be working, but no code that actually needs to suspend and resume has been tested yet.
