- Ping and timeout behaviour is now controllable
 - Also added a --verbose flag

tacticalDevC 7c2804438d Mostly a feature enhancement. Might migitate irritation when working with a big list of hosts ;) 
Features:
 - Better error-handling
 - Adding a TCP ping
 - Ping check before connection
 - DCERPC timeout check
