removeTaggedImagesOp shared an errgroup.WithContext-derived ctx across every image removal goroutine. A genuine failure on one image canceled that ctx, so every image still queued behind it failed with "context canceled" instead of ever being attempted -- a regression from the independent per-image ops it replaced. Also extracts the Conflict/NotFound tolerance rule and the orphaned-image check into single shared helpers instead of leaving two independently maintained copies to drift apart, and drops a return bucket nothing outside its own test consumed.
