Switch Mac compiler to Clang.

Specifically:

- Look for clang and clang++ in the new (Xcode 4.3) location first,
  then the old (Xcode 4.2) location.

- Look for sysroot in the new (Xcode 4.3) location first, then the old
  (Xcode 4.2) location.
