6c2cfa32ec chore: clean-MIT LICENSE + NOTICE split + CC BY 4.0 content license (#55)
* chore: split ADDITIONAL NOTES out of LICENSE into NOTICE

The MIT text carried an appended ADDITIONAL NOTES section, which defeated
GitHub's license auto-detector (repo showed NOASSERTION instead of MIT).
Move the notes to a dedicated NOTICE file so LICENSE is canonical MIT and
GitHub badges it correctly. Content unchanged, just relocated.

* docs(license): dual-license — MIT code + CC BY 4.0 content

Add LICENSE-CONTENT (canonical CC BY 4.0 legalcode) so reuse of the
methodology/wordlists/regex catalogs requires attribution while code stays
MIT. Update NOTICE + README to state the split.

ADDITIONAL NOTES
This repository is dual-licensed: code under the MIT License (see LICENSE),
and documentation/skill content under CC BY 4.0 (see LICENSE-CONTENT).
It contains:
1. Original work by the copyright holder, licensed under MIT.
2. References and recipes for installing upstream community skills, which
retain their original licenses (typically MIT). See docs/credits.md for
attribution.
The repository does NOT redistribute upstream community skills directly —
users install them from their original sources via the bootstrap script.
