Atlas Cloud sponsorship ended. Swap the sponsor across all live surfaces
to ApiSmart (unified OpenAI-compatible LLM/image/video API):
- README top strip + Sponsors section (theme-adaptive PNG: dark ink for
  light theme, white Smart wordmark for dark theme; gradient mark preserved)
- docs site (index.md, _config.yml nav) and .github/FUNDING.yml   [BugHunter]
- remove the now-unreferenced atlas-cloud-*.svg assets

ThreatWatch360 co-sponsor unchanged. Historical CHANGELOG entry left intact.
