* chore: split ADDITIONAL NOTES out of LICENSE into NOTICE The MIT text carried an appended ADDITIONAL NOTES section, which defeated GitHub's license auto-detector (repo showed NOASSERTION instead of MIT). Move the notes to a dedicated NOTICE file so LICENSE is canonical MIT and GitHub badges it correctly. Content unchanged, just relocated. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <[email protected]> * docs(license): dual-license — MIT code + CC BY 4.0 content Add LICENSE-CONTENT (canonical CC BY 4.0 legalcode) so reuse of the methodology/wordlists/regex catalogs requires attribution while code stays MIT.
