fix(studio): a project's name reads above its conversations

Project and conversation titles were both 11px, but a project name is
usually Latin lowercase and a conversation title usually Chinese, whose
glyphs fill the em box; at one size the child read larger than its parent.
The project name is now 12px, between the machine's 13px and the
conversation's 11px, with the conversation title's tracking.
