    chore: initialize v2 — ground-up rewrite
    
    Clean-slate rebuild on an orphan branch:
    - Kernel rewritten in Go (was TypeScript)
    - Web client removed
    - Desktop client redone from scratch
    
    Legacy TS implementation remains on `main` for reference.
    Seeded with LICENSE (carried over), a Go-oriented .gitignore, and a minimal README.
