Subject: [PATCH] fix(studio): every project under a machine sits at one indent

Only the project holding the focused pane dropped the node's 12px inset, so
the project a fresh window opens into sat one step left of its siblings until
focus moved. Remote projects already sit at the uninset position; local ones
now match.
