Subject: [PATCH] chore(lint): keep recognising x/net's deprecated GoAwayError

x/net v0.60.0 marks http2.GoAwayError deprecated while its Transport still
returns it, so the transport classifier must keep matching it. Scope the
SA1019 exclusion to that file.
