Problem: an isolated task could write files, then lose its discoverable result
identity when a host runner or provider callback panicked.
Root cause: Store.Execute called Finish only after an ordinary runner return;
panic unwind bypassed both completed-result and inspection publication.
Fix: recover at the runner invocation boundary, retain an error-valued panic
as a cause, and publish the existing inspection identity under the result
operation owner. Do not infer physical completion, inspect for emptiness, or
delete work on a panic. Preserve ordinary outcomes and truthful live-only
recovery when bookkeeping cannot be admitted or persisted.
Verification: final 239-package inventory closes using 238 unchanged broad
packages and the final isolation race package; 111 owner race and 3 real boot
race cases pass without skips. The compiling preceding owner fails 11 cases
with 3 ordinary-error controls passing. Required builtin/boot, root vet, full
lint and make check pass at unchanged baseline 2664. Linux/Windows amd64 are
compile-only; hosted/native and independent review remain separate gates.
