Problem: region-first filtering hid MiMo API versus Token Plan access and new connections retained the V2.5 model catalog. Root cause: product selection depended on region, MiMo lacked a one-time model migration, and floating CI Node versions made frontend artifact producers and consumers disagree. Fix: select access type before cluster and protocol, clarify independent credentials and usage, default new connections to V2.6, and atomically append models to eligible official connections without changing existing defaults or custom data. Preserve previous-writer TOML compatibility, share repeated frontend defaults within existing budgets, and pin artifact workflows to one exact Node runtime. Verification: root and Desktop suites, previous-reader migration round trips, frontend and browser regressions, unchanged production bundle budgets, cross-platform CI, race checks, Windows packaging, memory screening, CodeQL, and release-control contracts passed. All review threads were clear before merge.
