esengine 806f584b5e docs(readme): port the homepage README to v2 (badges, support, contributors) ...

v2's README was a plain technical doc; bring over the polished homepage shell
around v2's own accurate Go-specific content.

- header: centered logo, language/nav links, badge blocks (+ oosmetrics), tagline
- bottom: Star History, Support (PayPal + WeChat QR), Acknowledgments (contributor
  wall), MIT footer — for both README.md and README.zh-CN.md
- add the assets the README needs: docs/logo.svg, .github/sponsor/wechat-pay.jpg
- keep v2's technical body (features/build/config/plugins/architecture/status);
  omit the npm-install / Tauri-desktop / version-specific sections and trim nav
  links to files that exist in v2 (no 404s)
- drop the Node-version badge (misleading for a Go binary)
