Sivan 256a2f5b4a feat(desktop): Claude-style workspace layout, file preview, capabilities drawer (#2561) 
Grid layout with resizable sidebar/workspace panel (localStorage-persisted, clamped), a workspace file tree + bounded UTF-8-safe preview with native open/reveal, an MCP/Skills capabilities drawer, and the simple auto/light/dark theme selector. Model-language behavior left UI-only (reverted in 40dd6f2).
