When native mouse is on (REASONIX_DISABLE_MOUSE, or the /mouse toggle), the terminal owns the mouse: the in-app scrollbar can no longer be dragged, so the transcript drops its right-hand column and reclaims that width for content, and fenced code drops its "│" gutter for clean copy. Capture-on is unchanged.
