esengine de30166094 feat(studio): vote on market packages, recommended sort, report installs
The market entry gains up/down vote buttons that show the signed-in
account's vote; pressing the lit one withdraws it. Signed out, the entry
offers sign-in (a jump to the account section); a publisher, an
unverified account and a paired device each say why they cannot vote.
List rows show approval and install count, and the listing defaults to
the registry's new recommended order.

The kernel owns the calls: market.Client gains MyVote/Vote, which send
the account token only to the fixed registry host with redirects
refused, and ReportInstall. Registry refusals keep their identity
(signed_out, email_unverified, own_package, rate_limited; an identity
outage stays market.unreachable) through market.* refusal codes. Vote routes sit
behind accountAuthAllowed like every other account route.

A successful market install reports once, carrying only the slug and a
random id kept only for the market (market/install-id under the Reasonix
home, unrelated to the usage-statistics id), and only when the host allows
it (release builds), both desktop statistics switches are on, and
neither DO_NOT_TRACK, REASONIX_TELEMETRY=off nor CI opts out.

The [desktop] telemetry and metrics switch descriptions now say that
per-package market install counts are reported (anonymous, no content).
A publisher's own unreviewed install is never reported.
