yhh d8a758140c fix(studio): paint the chosen wallpaper, centre the mark, sharpen the tray ...

The shell cleared look.wallpaper before applying the user's appearance, left
over from when packs were kept off the shell; packs came back and the
wallpaper stayed stripped, so an upload saved and never showed.

The glyph was centred on a guessed origin 8 units right of its bounding box;
it now sits on the box's centre.

The tray had one 16px bitmap, which a scaled display enlarges. It now ships
@1.25x/@1.5x/@2x/@3x variants that nativeImage picks by scale, rendered
without the tile's margin so the slot is filled. The .ico gains 20 and 40.
