SivanCola ffd61ee3f1 Merge latest main-v2 into fix/workspace-live-refresh ...

Resolve the desktop frontend CI conflict by retaining workspace, motion, and transcript suites. Also keep the WebView2 smoke global declaration visible to the test TypeScript dependency graph.

Verification:
- go test ./...
- go test -race ./internal/event ./internal/agent ./internal/eventwire ./internal/evidence ./internal/boot
- go test -race . -run 'TestWorkspaceChangeHub|TestTabEventSink' -count=1 (desktop)
- go test ./... (desktop, isolated rerun)
- pnpm test:all
- pnpm build
