Summary: Pull Request resolved: https://github.com/facebookresearch/faiss/pull/5611 D112025877 added the `faiss::hnsw_deterministic_build` flag. The flag chose between the lock-based graph build and the deterministic graph build. This diff deletes the flag. The deterministic build is now the only build. # Microbenchmark for the HNSW graph build (deterministic, lock-free). Two modes:

# summary (default): build the index FAISS_DET_NBUILDS times, reporting build
# time (min/mean) + peak RSS, graph reproducibility (blake2b of

# uses faiss.knn (no second full-size index copy).
