Flyinghead 2cfce747c5 ui: better egl init test. display message box on graphics init error 
Fail if eglGetDisplay() is null.
Throw exception on initRenderApi/switchRenderApi failure.
Catch in SDL and Android and show error message.

Dispmanx support is provided by SDL
