Mark Johnston 0976744085 libnetbsd: Avoid bringing in all of sys/param.h in sys/types.h
It's okay to hard-code NBBY, as the value is somewhat unlikely to
change.

The pollution from sys/param.h makes it harder to import test code from
NetBSD since it can introduce conflicting definitions, e.g.,
MIN()/MAX().

libnetbsd is a thin compatibility layer intended to allow a limited
set of NetBSD software to compile as part of the FreeBSD build with
little or no modification. It is built as a static library and not
installed for general use. Likewise, its header files are not
installed.
