Abdelkader Boudih 9ae680fcfd libjail, jls(8), jail(8): use the JAIL_PARAM_* constants ...

Replaced hardcoded jail parameter name strings in the base userland
consumers with the JAIL_PARAM_* constants.

No functional change.
