Gilad Ben Yakov 3d1e732a43 ena: Retrieve RSS table size from device ...

The current driver assumes a default RSS table size of 128 entries,
expecting the device's RSS table size to match this assumption.

This patch allows the driver to create RSS indirection table
with the size advertised by the device.
