Ole André Vadla RavnåsandHåvard Sørbø e2ffd0aa6c Auto-generate Node-API bindings from .gir 
Which means API changes in frida-core are instantly reflected, with only
customizations needing tweaking, if applicable.

And, since we now target Node-API there will now only be one prebuilt
binary per OS/ABI.

Ole André Vadla Ravnås 025b422cfe meson: Rework the script execution logic 
Using executable scripts with shebang is risky on UNIX, where python3
may not be present. Instead, use find_program('python3'), which Meson
provides a fallback for if it cannot find it in the environment.

Ole André Vadla Ravnås 5a0eef7a74 meson: Lift to parity with legacy build system 
- Import preprocessor definitions from config.gypi, to avoid ABI
  compatibility issues.
- Support compiling for specific runtimes and target versions.
- Add prebuild packaging logic.
- Wire up Windows support.
